At Berry Lane Hair, we are committed to ensuring you leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful. We stand behind the quality of our work and products, which is why we have developed the following policy to address any concerns you may have.

Hair Services

No Monetary Refunds

We do not provide monetary refunds for hair services. This policy reflects the personalised nature of our work and the time and expertise invested in each appointment.

Complimentary Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, we will gladly make complimentary adjustments to ensure you love your look. We believe in getting it right, and our skilled team is committed to working with you until you're happy with the results.

To arrange a complimentary adjustment:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your appointment
  • Speak with our team about your specific concerns
  • We'll schedule you with the appropriate stylist to address the issue
  • No additional charges will apply for adjustment services

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We take pride in our consultation process and encourage open communication throughout your service to ensure we achieve your desired result.

Hair Products

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on hair products under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Products must be in original condition with at least 80% of product remaining
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Products must be in original packaging where applicable

Exchange Process:

  • Bring the product and receipt to the salon
  • Our team will assess the product condition
  • Exchange for a product of equal or lesser value
  • If exchanging for a higher value product, you pay the difference
  • If exchanging for a lower value product, we provide store credit for the difference

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been used extensively (less than 80% remaining)
  • Products without original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Gift vouchers must be used within 3 years of purchase date.

Booking Deposits

Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, we will provide a full exchange or store credit at your preference. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have received a faulty product.
