We'll send you a consultation form before your appointment. Please fill this out honestly and thoroughly - it helps us understand your hair history, lifestyle, and goals.
Send Photos
Current hair photos: Take photos of your hair in natural light from multiple angles (front, back, sides)
Inspiration photos: Send us images of what you're hoping to achieve
Previous work: If you've had colour or treatments recently, photos help us understand your starting point

Plan Your Childcare
Our salon environment is designed for relaxation and isn't suitable for children. Please arrange childcare for the duration of your appointment.
Allow Extra Time
Parking: Street parking can be limited - arrive 10 minutes early to find a spot
Consultation: Especially for colour services, we'll need time to discuss your goals
Unexpected discoveries: Sometimes we need extra time to deliver our quality service and techniques to achieve your hair goals
What to Wear
We take our utmost care when working with colour not to get it anywhere other than on your hair, but occasionally it can happen.
We recommend:
Dark clothing: Especially for colour appointments - it hides any potential staining
Comfortable clothes: You'll be sitting for a while
Low necklines: Easier for shampooing and cape placement
