Appointments get booked out in advance so we recommend booking ahead of time.

If, however, this is not an option, we do have a waitlist where we keep your details on file in case an opening arises.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, deposits are required to secure your booking.

Your deposit payment is credited to your account and redeemable at your salon visit.

These deposits are non-refundable when cancelled with less than 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard AfterPay and PhorestPay.

PhorestPay is powered by Stripe and allows you to save your card details safely on file for effortless and cardless payments in salon.

Do you offer consultations?

We believe it is so important to have a thorough consultation before any service.

We offer thorough consultations to every guest at the start of their appointment. It is important to us that we have clarity on your hair goals and a clear plan of how we can achieve this.

If you’d like to book a consultation prior to making an appointment, we take a $30 payment that gets credited to your account when you book.

How do I know if my hair is short, medium, long or extra-long?
  • Short hair is pixie length to the ear lobe. 
  • Medium hair is between the ear lobe and above the shoulder. 
  • Long hair is below the shoulder to your bra line. 
  • Extra-long hair is below the bra line.

Do I need to confirm my appointment?

Yes! Please!

This helps us to ensure that our appointments run smoothly and we know to expect you.
We have an automated confirmation system that will send you a message a few days prior to your appointment.

Unfortunately, if appointments are not confirmed within 24 hours of your appointment then we will cancel your appointment and offer the spot to someone else.

If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know with as much notice as possible so that we can reschedule you and fit someone on the waitlist in to your spot.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment times vary depending on your service.
Cuts typically take 1-1.5 hours
Colour services range from 2-4 hours
Glow Up transformations can take 4-6 hours.

We can give you an estimated time when you book, but complex services may need extra time to get the best results.

Let your stylist know at the start of your appointment if you have a specific time you need to finish by. This helps us plan your service accordingly, though we may need to adjust what we do to fit your timeframe.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require more than 24 hours' notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. We understand emergencies happen - just call us on 0468 953 695 as soon as possible and we'll work with you.

Do you cater to children?

We provide services for children of primary school age and above. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and we require parental consent for all services.

Our salon environment is designed for pure relaxation, for yourself and our other clients, so we ask that younger children not attending appointments don't come with you.

Can I bring inspiration photos?

Absolutely!
