About Deposits
We require deposits for certain appointments to secure your booking. These help us manage our schedule and ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients.
When deposits are required:
- First-time clients
- Appointments over 2 hours
- Weekend and peak-time bookings
- Clients with previous late cancellations
Deposit transfer rules:
- Must give more than 24 hours notice
- New appointment must be within 3 months
Late Arrivals
If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
We'll always try to accommodate you, but we also need to respect our other clients' time.
Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you're dealing with a medical emergency, family crisis, or severe weather, please call us as soon as possible.
We'll consider each situation individually, though our deposit policy may still apply.
Group Bookings
For group bookings (3+ people), we need more than 24 hours notice for any changes. Individual deposit rules apply to each person in the group.
Our Stylists
If your chosen stylist becomes unavailable, we'll contact you immediately to offer:
- Rescheduling with the same stylist (deposit transfers)
- Alternative stylist (with your approval, deposit transfers)
- Full deposit refund
